From the past couple of weeks or month, we all are working from home. That is why we are not able to actively start our day, maintain a healthy diet and follow fitness programs like Zumba dance classes, gym workouts, running etc.

Don’t worry this happened to most of us!

Don’t Hold Back Your Healthy Lifestyle

Your daily schedule has to be correctly managed, which will try to keep you fit. Waking up at 6 AM and then taking warm water with honey and playing an OM Chanting Music is my perfect start for the day. *Do not drink coffee as it contains mold toxins (contains anti-nutrients) which prevent your body to absorb the nutrients from fruits and vegetables.

I’m pretty sure many of you have a habit of this. But mind me, it is detrimental to your health if you are taking above the threshold. It doesn’t mean you have to give up entirely, which I will cover in my next blog about the Coffee as it has a lot of benefits also.

Following up with doing a little bit of upper body workout, lower back exercise, leg exercise (simple sit-ups), plank exercise, doing some yoga asanas completes your home workout regime.

You all can simply follow the same home workout to remain on the fitness track.

And now you can focus on the work from home you are doing. You active start will take you along the whole day. After all, this is your life and you have to stay healthy to enjoy your success.

Results of a healthy lifestyle

For living a long life, it is essential to stay healthy. Staying fit will help you to work positively. You will fee the positive energy all day, which will make you stronger mentally. And, I guess if your mind is on the right track so you will not lose your focus and achieve your goals.

And if you are healthy so you can surely make others too.

Whenever you come across a person who is demotivated and needs help, so it is your responsibility to make other people feel good.
